Netherlands - Internationale Arbeidsvereniging

Internationale Arbeidsvereniging (International Labour Association) is a non-governmental and nonprofit organization, which provides mechanisms to allow knowledge and experience transfer among countries and sectors in the fields of entrepreneurship, volunteerism, youth work and rural development. Its mission is by carrying out training, research and consultation activities, to be a pioneer institution on developing national and international policy for solving problems on work and employment in the light of academic and technologic developments. Association mainly focuses on diverse groups of people, such as gender, age, religion, cultural diversity, ethnic minorities, rural youth, refugees and immigrants.
